City tour
Rederij Rembrandt has been providing monumental city tours in Leiden since 1952. Throughout the year, the boats depart daily at fixed times from the Beestenmarkt. Let the experienced skippers sail you along the most beautiful canals and canals in about 55 minutes.
During the trip, you will be told about Leiden's rich history. The canal boats are suitable for all types of weather. Covered and heated, partially or fully open depending on the weather. The unique low shape of our boats allows them to pass under almost all of Leiden's low bridges. Rederij Rembrandt sails 100% electrically.
Unfortunately, because of the entrance to the boat (4 steps) they cannot transport wheelchair-bound passengers.
