Playing with Planck's 3D printer
This summer, you can once again join the popular 3D Design workshop in the Makersplaets, for kids aged 9 to 14. Design your own unique 3D project using the TinkerCad program on a laptop. You decide exactly what you want to create! The workshop takes place on July 22, from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m.
In 3D design, you create a drawing in three dimensions. This design is converted into a file that a 3D printer can read. The printer then builds your design bit by bit, layer by layer, until it becomes a real, tangible object! Think of something like a flip-flop, a pair of sunglasses, or something completely different!And the best part? Once it’s finished, you can pick up your masterpiece and take it home. You won’t want to miss this!

Tickets cost €3.50 and are available through the Cultuurhuis Planck website or at the front desk of any Planck library branch.
