Kunstweek Katwijk
From September 20 to 26, 2025, the very first Katwijk Art Week will take place. Discover exhibitions, walking and cycling routes, creative workshops, inspiring lectures, and the large Art Market in the city center.
Katwijk has been a well-known artists’ village since 1873 and in 2025 celebrates 152 years of art history. Over the centuries, artists from the Netherlands and abroad have been inspired by the fishing village, the coast, and its unique light. From Jan van Goyen and Max Liebermann to contemporary artists, Katwijk has always been a source of creativity and connection.
The Katwijk Art Week is made possible by: DUNAatelier, Katwijks Museum, Planck, Art-Ship, Welzijnskwartier, and VVV Katwijk/Katwijk Centrum. Together, they offer a diverse program that allows young and old alike to enjoy art, culture, and the rich history of Katwijk.
