Festive Winter Day

Morning Program – Lectures:

Five short lectures will be held in the Hortus Garden Room in the morning. Space is limited. The lectures are in Dutch. Secure your spot by making a reservation .

Afternoon program – activities for all ages.
From 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, there are all sorts of activities for all ages. Clusius will personally welcome you and show you what's on.

2:00-2:45 PM - Lecture in the Garden Room of the Hortus. Secure your spot by making a reservation .

• A lady from Clusius' time will give you a short tour of the Clusius garden and tell you about the watercolours on display there

• Paint a flower pot with Jasmine and Alexandra and take it home filled

• Coloring from herbal books with Geeske
• Seed research with Lisa
• Bake a bun over the fire at Jaap's

Stroll through the Clusius garden, warm up by the fire pit, enjoy (non-alcoholic) mulled wine, look up Clusius' birthday in the calendar under Plants & Planets .

Participation in the winter festival is free (except for the lectures), you only pay Hortus entrance (Museum Card and Friends Card have free Hortus entrance).
