ECC Leiden is an ultra-flexible and modern location where you can handle any idea for a meeting, event, or other type of gathering.

Are you looking for an easily accessible location that is centrally located in the Randstad? ECC Leiden offers a complete meeting center with 15 modern and restyled rooms, a large plenary room of 1775 m² for conferences and events and a spacious lounge. Together they provide about 5000 m² of meeting space. Due to the adjusted setups taking into account the 1.5 meter guideline, the rooms are currently available for meetings and events ranging from 2 to 50 people per room. Without 1,5 meters distance between the participants, they handle up to 220 people per room. Of course, several rooms can be combined. The ECC also offers many options for hybrid meetings and studio sessions with the most modern technology and equipment. They have multiple entrances and exits, creating a logical and safe routing for the guests.
Since all public areas have also been included in the restyling, the experience can be seen and felt immediately upon entering. From the perfect background music to the coffee and the decor; at ECC you feel at home in the contemporary industrial look with many lounge corners and green plants. The rooms have also been given other names such as 'The Loft, The Cube, The Studio and The Imperial'; this indicates the charm and atmosphere of these new spaces.

All rooms are located on the ground floor and offer the perfect environment for a successful meeting. In addition, the service of the meeting host who is at your service all day long. Are you going bigger? Then the ECC offers their 2700 m² black box for events and medium-sized conferences.
Congresses and hybrid meetings are nowadays mentioned in the same breath. And of course you can do both. Are you looking for a conference location with good accessibility for all participants, centrally located and which you can furnish according to your wishes to ensure that your conference runs smoothly? For one day or for a multi-day meeting with all facilities at hand? Or do you prefer to organize this digitally? Then ECC Leiden is the ideal location for your conference.
In addition to our plenary space of 1775 m², they also offer 15 new meeting rooms, a spacious lounge, a large terrace, a cozy bar with workplaces and 250 parking spaces in front of the door.
Food and drinks
At ECC Leiden they love good food and they focus on quality, real flavours and freshness; healthy food without fuss! They work together with catering company Dames Dietz who is specialized in lunches, drinks & bites, events, dinners, you name it! Delicious, healthy and home-made products. Events and parties
Due to its good accessibility, ample parking facilities and excellent catering options, ECC Leiden is known as the perfect location. You can contact them for all kinds of (multi-day) events, such as (public) parties, trade fairs, receptions, company parties or dinners. Their multifunctional event & convention center (over 2700 m² in total) offers space for events of up to 2500 people. But also for a creative session, brainstorming event or product launch, this location offers the perfect hotspot in Leiden: The Pool. Swimming is no longer possible, but this Pool will give you inspiration and a completely different experience to your event from the bottom of a former swimming pool. Accessibility and parking
Located on the A44 between The Hague and Amsterdam and opposite the BioScience Park Leiden.
ECC Leiden is 2 minutes from exit 8 on the A44. Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and The Hague can be reached by car in 15 minutes, Leiden Center in 5 minutes and Amsterdam in 30 minutes. ECC Leiden has 250 parking spaces on site and is easily accessible by public transport. The location is opposite the business district of Leiden (Leiden Bio Science Park).
